Regardless of what you’re attempting (from the mundane to the extraordinary), you will always have these 3 choices. Think about it. In everything you do, you're always making this choice - whether it be consciously or subconsciously.
When it comes to your health and fitness, it isn’t any different.
Is your next meal going to nourish you or cause deficiency? Are you going to spend that 1 hour binge-watching or going for a walk? Are you going to try to combat stress through a sugar over-dose or through meditation?
Whatever your answer is to these questions, you have either chosen to regress, stagnate or advance.
I’m not here to tell you what choices to make. You already know my answer. But I am going to ask you, “What do you want out of today?”
