Our FitStart is a vital component to paving the path for your results. It allows us to get to know you and establish a solid foundation and a road map to your goals.

Our FitStart is a one hour session with one of our coaches, where we will discuss your goals, cover medical/exercise history, body composition testing and a functional movement screen.

 

And most importantly, how Functional Lifestyles can help you meet them.

PRICING

Membership pricing for in-person classes average $35-45 per session with the option of reoccurring or pay-in-full.
