Cycle 69 Workouts Mon-Fri Summary
This cycle is part 1 of 2, which is built around the Big 3 Lifts (Squats, Bench and Deadlifts). This first 2 cycles of the year are designed to be a prep for our annual Powerlifting competition in April!
Monday-Weds-Friday Double Strength Days w/ Mobility built in
Tues & Thurs Strength & Conditioning (Total Body Focused)
Monday- Back Squats
Tuesday-Total Body
Wednesday- Bench Press
Thursday- Total Body
Friday- Conventional Banded Deadlifts
