Let's get physical

We’re in the middle of a crazy time right now. We’re stressed, we’re confused – so now, more than ever, is the time to practice self-care and focus on ways to stay healthy. And one of the best ways to do this is through aerobic exercise.

We understand that a huge portion of our time right now will be spent in or around our homes. So, take this time to revisit aerobic activities that you love. Walking, bicycling, dancing, swimming – there’s something for everyone to benefit from and enjoy. Whether its inside your home or at a large outdoor park – making time for aerobics will provide short term to long term benefits for your health.

Aerobic exercise enables deeper and faster breathing which maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. In turn, your heart beats faster and results in increased blood flow to your lungs, muscles and backs.

But, in everyday language, aerobic exercise can:

Help you keep the weight off

Reduce fatigue

Activate your immune system

Strengthen your heart

Boosts Your mood (endorphins, baby!)

These are just some of the benefits! And yes, we know things are uncertain right now and working out is probably the last thing on your mind as you continue to adjust.

But remember, to take care of others and everything else you have to take care of yourself.  “Self-care is how you take your power back” - Lalah Delilah
