What's Your Once in a Lifetime?

What's Your Once in a Lifetime?

Chances are, you've probably heard this phrase in a song, a story or something fictional.

But what actually does a "once in a lifetime" mean?

Better yet, how does it apply to your life?

The phrase was first recorded in 1854 and is defined as an event or occurrence that can't be repeated or isn't likely to happen again (fingers crossed we can say this about the pandemic)

In all seriousness though. what is your "once in a lifetime"?

Often times, the answer to this question is some massively expensive material possession or a crazy vacation story etc etc.

I'm going to argue that your once in a lifetime isn't a fictional story or a lofty song but in fact it's you.

Your life, the energy you put out, the bonds you build...can't be repeated or duplicated.

So often though, we hazily cruise through life.

Repeating our day to day without much thought, ignoring opportunities and chances that could rewrite your story for the better.

So, how do you make your story mean something?

So, how will you write your "once in a lifetime"?

Remember, we've only got a finite amount of time for infinite possibility.
